This is such an easy breakfast or snack, but it’s one of my favorite combos so I needed to get it posted. I absolutely love the banana and mango combo. Plus it masks the greens flavor so you can easily get in a handful or two of spinach for some vitamins and minerals. I always add a heaping spoonful of nut butter too. Other additions vary, but I’m currently adding this marine collagen for protein and reishi powder for overall health. Of course all blended to creamy perfection in my vitamix.

This smoothie is a good source of fiber to help keep you full longer. Mango is also great for the skin while spinach provides lots of minerals like iron.
