Tortillas, cauliflower, and hot sauce; all the makings for something delicious. When I did eat meat, I was never a ‘wing’ person. To be honest, I probably only had them once or twice. But I do love hot sauce, and the idea of baking the current most versatile vegetable in a kicking sauce, then chucking it into a taco, well I am ‘that kind’ of person. Made with simple and clean ingredients with all the right flavor and texture.
